Bishop Heather Shea
CEO & Spiritual Director
Bishop Heather Shea is the Spiritual Director and Chief Executive Officer of the United Palace. Bishop Shea is a business leader, published author, and has served as a teacher and speaker across the globe. Heather brings a significant business and performing arts background, and been on the leadership team and Boards of numerous prominent nonprofit organizations.
Rev. Rob Way
Rob worked for many years as director of operations and facilities at Agape International Spiritual Center in LA, where he also served as the Production Manager and Director of Live Streaming and digital broadcasting. Rev. Way was ordained in 2013.
Rev. Dr. José Miguel Román
Rev. José was ordained in 2014 as an Interfaith/ Interspiritual minister. He received his Doctorate in Ministry at the New York Theological Seminary; he also holds degrees in Economics and Law. He has taught classes on Social Science Theory, Buddhism, Interspirituality and interfaith dialogue, Diversity/Equity, and Integral Theory. Today he is one of the highest ranking research administrators at one of America’s premier Universities.
Rev. Renee Rossi
Spiritual Artistry Associate
Renee Rossi comes to the United Palace of Spiritual Arts with 15 years experience working in the performing arts, most recently at The School of American Ballet, New York City Ballet & the New York Choreographic Institute. She is an Ordained Spiritualist Minister & has completed certifications as a Psychic Medium & Intuitive Consultant, Akashic Records Practitioner, Reiki Master & Séance Conductor.
Rev. Tuto Taveras
Rev. Tuto has spent his life working in the creation and production of music and songwriting, as well as playing keyboard for some of the most prestigious artists in his native Dominican Republic. Tuto found that the lights and flashes of show business did not fulfill his heart and soul. He found that his calling is a life of service as a minister of Love and Compassion. He was ordained into Spiritual Artistry and as an Interfaith/ Interspiritual Minister in 2020.
Rev. Greg Ippolito
Rev. Greg found his love for the arts at a young age, performing on stage and screen, and is a proud member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA. Offstage, he found a reverence for nature which led him to attain the rank of Eagle Scout in 2010. His passion for theatre eventually moved him from his hometown of Freehold, New Jersey, to New York City and the United Palace where he became a Creative Associate. Greg was ordained as a Minister of Spiritual Artistry in 2020 and will be ordained as an Interspiritual Minister by One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in 2021.
Rev. Thomas Cunningham
Director of Security
Rev. Thomas worked globally for many years as a Special Agent with both the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and the Department of Justice. (DOJ). Thomas was responsible for conducting complex investigations and operations. Thomas is a two-time recipient of the Global War on Terror medal. Thomas joined the United Palace of Spiritual Arts as the Director of Security in 2018, and was ordained as an interfaith/interspiritual minister in 2020.
